Unless you're very young and have shitty, undeveloped facial hair, having SOME beard growth always looks better once you have some recession. Bald + clean shaven just looks like a ghoul or a grown baby IMO.

I am 21 yrs old and can grow a decent beard. I have good eyebrows so not looking that bad
