Ok so quick question about shedding.
I'm currently on the foam. Lets say I get a bad shed, it eats my hairline, all that hearsay.
If I bail and stop it as soon as I see a bad result (yes I know you're supposed to stay on it, this is hypothetical) will what was lost, hairline and other areas, come back immediately? They are not gone for good correct?
