Shed hairs have small bulb on them

I don't ask many question, I usually just try to give advice on here. However...I have a question this time.

Basically all of my hairs that shed have a small bulb on the end of it. Is that significant at all? Is that a sign that the follicle is still growing/regrowing hair? Does it mean diddly-squat?

Just means the hairs went into the telogen phase and then fell out rather than it being pulled out by force

Happened to me and I shed A LOT of my hair....but it's all coming back so, if it's anything, it's Telogen Effluvium.
