Shedding and dolls hair

Hi guys,

I've been on minoxidil and Proscar for alittle over 4 months. The entire top section including hairline is disappearing rapidly. I have regrowth along the left side of my hairline and I hope this contiunues throughout the scalp.

My question is however, does shedding include all types of hairs or just the thinner ones? My hairline is getting bad however have all my thicker hairs intact and now looks like dolls hair?!?!?. I am also unsure if i am still shedding as im loosing alot of eyebrow and nose hair?? is this normal?

After a quick read baldness is a form of alopecia. There are different degrees of this however im guessing your referring to the type where you loose all types of hair from all over your body?

Can you elaborate on this?? Its definatly something i need to get checked by a dermatologist asap?
