shedding around 70+ hairs with each hair wash

Good day for all the members
I've started finasteride at the start of this month
but 3 months ago I noticed increased shedding of long hairs 70+ with a white bulb you can say that 80% of the hairs is long with a white bulb at the end
and it still same shedding amount daily even after starting finasteride
will this hairs grow back ???? or Im in a shedding season or what exactly is happening
please help me because im freaking out
