Shedding from everywhere

I think I have Telogen Effluvium but im not too sure. I am losing hair from everywhere! Before propecia, the loss was only noticeable in certain areas. Now, 10th month+ on propecia ive lost hairs all over my head!

Yup, I took it for 6 weeks and stopped because I was losing hair from everywhere. Now 6 months after stopping I'm still losing hair from all over. Prior to Propecia I was only thinning in the crown area. So I guess if you stop you won't stop shedding either so I'm not sure what you should do.

Yup, I took it for 6 weeks and stopped because I was losing hair from everywhere. Now 6 months after stopping I'm still losing hair from all over. Prior to Propecia I was only thinning in the crown area. So I guess if you stop you won't stop shedding either so I'm not sure what you should do.

That doesn't sound good. Me too, though only shedding slightly. The way the drug works can affect your hair in non-male pattern baldness areas. So for poster #1 this isn't abnormal. But after 6 months and still losing from everywhere, that's a bit of a concern. Is it growing back?

I'm the same. 6 Weeks into propecia, i can pull hair from everywhere except the back. Werid. Hope it stops soon.
