shedding from foam

has anyone noticed shedding from using the foam?

Yes, it is normal. it shows you are responding. the good news is, recovery is fairly quick from minoxidil. you will see your hair return, hopefully thicker and stronger after 16 weeks, maybe sooner or later. but in that ballpark. remember this too shall pass.
