shedding on avo after using finasteride?

i am using finasteride. if i now would switch to avo, would i get a shedding aswell?

Why are you wanting to switch? Is the finasteride giving you bad side effects?

If I'm not mistaken, what I think you're calling "avo" is a cocktail of minoxidil, saw palmetto, and some other stuff. Minoxidil is certainly a proven hair growth stimulant for some people - so it's likely that the product is effective for some people on the basis of that virtue alone. Saw palmetto's effectiveness, however, is anecdotal at best. Not sure about the other stuff it contains.

I've chosen to steer clear of such remedies.

Interesting question!? I think you could shedd also cause Dutasteride inhibits the activities of both the type 1 and type 2 5AR enzymes. finasteride does only type 2!
