Shedding smaller hairs

I started adding fina and keta shampoo to my regimen two months ago ( after nine months minoxidil 5%). I notice some "shedding" but mainly small hairs(90%). Smaller than before. Is this normal? Is this because these small hairs are the least healthy hairs and are easily replaced by new healthier hairs(shedding) or is it a bad sign.

Yes, this is desireable. If you are a good responder they will be replaced by stronger hairs
