Shedding stopped completely

Well my itching still here and there little bit, but last two weeks (10 days), my shedding stopped pretty much. If I say stop I mean to almost zero degree, like I am washing my hair everyday and if I run with my fingers through hair almost everytime there is not a single hair.

When I stand up upon bowl and do the same thing with high intesity, many times during this "test" I see no hair in the bowl.

It is after about 9 months of shedding. I have stopped Spectral a month ago and so finasteride (using only for month) so only on naturals right now. Three weeks ago my shedding was on its highest peak but it stopped suddenly so perhaps Telogen Effluvium ended and new hair started to grow out, or there is other reason... In temples there are some kind of dark vellus hair after three weeks I have stopped Spectral. Only what I have changed was my diet and some supplements during last weeks/months.

So Spectral does not work?

I think it does work. It gave me or hold me hairs, but not too much. It probably hold my hairs at temples but when on it I still lost a little bit. I have been on Spectral only for 4 months and I dont like how Minoxidil works in general so I decided to stop it.

It is incredible. Today I shed about 4-5 hair when washing my hair and running by fingers through it many times.
