shedding very fast pls help

Hello All

My regimen is Rogaine, Proscar/4 , Biotin, Nizoral , Retionic acid 0.1 mg.

(1 month ).Now my hair is shedding very fast and i think the reason is using retionic asit 0.1 shed my weak hair.What would u recommend me to do? Is it normal (shedding is faster fist 3-4 weeks) or anything going bad.My hair is now very very weak and less than before especially temple and hairline area.

What exactly is the Retionic acid 0.1 mg for???

I say ditch it and have some MSM instead, maybe a multi vitamin to boot...
