Why would you shed from finasteride? I've heard this before too but never exactly why, as opposed to finasteride which we know why the shed is caused. Any ideas why finasteride would cause a shed?

There's no reason to expect a shed from finasteride...this is one of the biggest myths about the drug.

tbh i dont remember seeing a single person complain about a finasteride shed who wasn't on minoxidil at the same time...

It's pretty much a given you will...but there are varying degrees.
