Okay, I finally got a prescription for finasteride (proascar/propecia)... I'm not "balding" anywhere, but just seeing my hair thinning, especially in the frontal sides (and have a widows peak too), so hoping to get my thickness back.
I'm planning on going in tomorrow and finally getting it, but kind of thought about asking about this before going through with it.
1) Why might you see shedding when on finasteride?
2) Erm.... it's normal even if it looks like you are balding?
3) What about the horror stories I've seen on here? If you're shedding, it will eventually stop right?
