Shel- I've had a lot of neck and scalp pain too

Hi Shel, I just posted a lot response to Wooly below - I've had many of the side affects you've reported. I've gone down to 1/4 ml of the 5% and am still having them. Originally thought the 2% PG was the problem but now with 3 different formulations and a LOT OF LOST HAIR ... I'm giving up. I tried but after 3 days of no minoxidil and finally feeling like my scalp is starting to feel normal again although still sore if I press palm down on it - I'm quitting. I can't imagine trying to use minoxidil long-term if only after a few applications each time I get this ache!!! WHAT A PAIN, $ DOWN THE DRAIN AND 60% OF MY HAIR STRANDS NOW GONE. I just ordered the lipoxidil but expect I will be returning it too as soon as it arrives. I can't believe that 2% PG, 5% azaelic acid and 5% no PG - even at reduced amounts of 1/4 ml to 1/8 ml that these recurrent side affects would be likely due to first the PG, then the azaelic acid, and now to glycerin/alcohol - side affects as far as scalp ache have not eased up but gotten worse the less I've used!!!
