Hello!

This is not my success story but I found this on a Swedish hair loss forum. This guy had great results and got a full head of hair. This is not a joke and it's 100% real. He used 1.25 mg finasteride and a lasercomb. He seems to be a great responder to both of these. He also added green tee and Revita shampoo. Extremely rare results. Lucky him.

All I can say is... amazing. Simply AMAZING!

Great results indeed but forgive me if I take the laser comb's contribution with a massive pinch of salt. :)

What's sad about that is the fact that he probably attributes part of his success to the lasercomb. It's a useless treatment.

Just a great finasteride responder. Good for him.

When someone asked him in the thread which contributed the most he replied "I really don't know but I find it hard to believe that finasteride gives such good results. I have never seen anyone with results this good on finasteride alone."

He was a diffuse thinner. Doesn't appear to be any receding, just a pretty severe diffuse thinner. Finasteride has thickened his existing hair (turned them into terminal again) and given him a fair bit of regrowth.

The problem with lasers is that people who use them always use them in conjunction with other treatments. When they then get results, they attribute part/all of that to the laser.

I have yet to see any convincing results from lasers alone. Don't waste time/money and use the Big Three instead. If this guy used minoxidil instead of that silly laser then maybe he could've gotten better results.

I use the laser comb, but in conjunction with minoxidil and finasteride. To be honest I don't use it because I believe in it so much, but I just can't sit there and feel like there's something out there that might just help me and not use it at all. So even if it works as a placebo, I'm fine with that. It's a one time purchase, this isn't something I have to refill or buy at the pharmacy every few months, I bought it once and it will be there forever.

That's completely fair, as long as you're realistic about it. And I wouldn't advise the guy on that forum to stop using the lasercomb. He's had great results, and even though I personally don't believe for a second that the lasercomb has done anything for him, you don't change a winning team. Just in case.

Good luck with the treatments.

Has anybody in this forum used the laser comb? I'd like to see if anybody would recommend it.
