Judging by your age, it can get pretty bad but nobody can tell. Its best to start intervention as soon as possible. You might be able to maintain or regrowth if your chances are good.
it does look like you're starting to lose a bit of ground in the hairline, not too much (NW2 - 2.5), but it's best that you address it as soon as you can rather than later
It looks like you're thinning at the front, dunno about your crown since you didn't post any pics. It'd be a good idea to see a derm soon and try finasteride+nizoral for at least six months to a year, then minoxidil if you want to (If you start the big 3 together you won't be able to see if you're a responder to minoxidil or not and may be wasting your money). Good news is that if you're an average responder to finasteride you could halt hairloss for five to ten years minimum, and if you've a good crown you'd only need a small transplant for your hairline if you want to get one later on.
I currently use 12.5% minoxidil with finasteride and have been using finasteride only now for 1 month and have been using minoxidil for a year.
I have consistently used the minoxidil over the year but have now started to use
Derma rolling twice a week and on one of those nights just use castor oil with aloevera. Also I wash my hair daily but mix up the shampoo, I use completely natural one day and nizoral about 3-4 times a week.
Questions-
-I would like to know if I should use a derma pen? Rather then derma roller?
-should I use a cheaper company then Belgravia for minoxidil?
-any advice on how to improve my routine in general?
- also I’m not sure if me washing my hair daily is bad but if I don’t it does look greasy.
