What he said. Was in a big city this summer and saw SMP up close for the real time on the subway and it was BLATANTLY obvious. But only to me. I don't think anyone else saw it. But it was OBVIOUS.

Yeah I think there's a reason why we rarely ever see a public figure with SMP. Don't you think people like Zidane, The Rock, Vin Diesel would've been the first to hop on SMP if it was such a good option.

SMP cases that I know of:

There is a famous singer in my country who had SMP after his transplant failed. And women basically think he's bald. I asked my sister and she couldn't tell the difference.

Also I know this guy who works at the train station who got SMP and he often skips a couple days of buzzing his head and then his horseshoe sticks out badly.

There's a German guy who got a transplant and then had SMP and I think it greatly enhances your results. That might be the best option imho. SMP on its own is lackluster and kind of a hassle.
