started to notice my hairline receding out of nowhere pretty rapidly wondering if I am having a serious case of BD or if I should go see a doctor, any advice helps. I have always had super straight hair with bad cowlicks for context.

Only if you don't want to lose anymore hair.

Does this seem like diffuse thinning or anything of that sort to you?
Looks like the earliest stage of male pattern baldness to me. I would your density is definitely changing. Diffuse thinning with some minor recession to be exact.

You are thinning early on, that its probably not even noticeable to anybody but you; after all, we are our own biggest critics. But perhaps a good time to start addressing it. Yes, you should go to your Doctor just to rule out anything (thyroid issue, etc etc) especially since you feel this is pretty sudden. They will probably just tell you its male pattern baldness anyways, but better to rule anything out. Is anybody on your Mothers side bald, or have thin hair?

You could use finasteride (propecia) and its effectiveness is good, but some do not tolerate it well (I am one of them). I tried using it for about a year and it made me really sick. This was back in my mid/late 20's, I would take a picture every week to compare - there was no debating that it worked. I stopped using propecia and started rogaine, back then it was just the eye-dropper to spread on your scalp, that also worked pretty good until I became sensitive/allergic to it. LOL. Now, at 42, I am on my 2nd year of a hair system and I WISH I had done it a longggggg time ago so there was no gap in my balding for years & showing up at work with a full head of hair. Not saying you are there at all, but that in this day of age, there are many options out there. Just a little advice from someone who's been there, thats all. YMMV

Beast. If I had a hair system I would be doing a boatload of DHT injections and steroids

No

Yesterday my sperm struggled to get out of my pee pee. At least I can for certain say that my generic dutasteride from Bangladesh is for sure legit. Its from a pharmacutical company called unimed unihealth.
Honestly dutasteride is pretty scary. Heard it can f*** up blood sugar and liver. Not to mention reducing type1 enzyme could f*** up the brain too

You are "spanking the monkey" way too much. Eventually, your monkey will go bananas and malfunction.

That's kind of the harsh reality right there.

For people balding in a norwood 5+ pattern.

5-Ari's have been one of the only things, that have been seriously able to delay that from happening over a 20 year period...

Either people are fortunate enough to be able to make them work, or its game over without surgery.
