I just got my shipment of bicalutamide pills and will replace my current AA regimen, 200mg of spironolactone, with 100mg daily. I’m also on 10mg oral Minoxidil daily, it it necessary to stay on a low dose of Spironolactone while on bicalutamide in order to deter the bloating of oral Minoxidil? If yes what dosage would be ideal?

Having seen the pictures of your hair i dont understand why the f*** you're taking these drugs ? You're NW0 and clearly always have been. Please dont tell me its based on the fact you saw a hair go down plughole.

Your hair honestly looks great. It is absolutely normal to see some scalp when wet.

I can't see that on the pictures. But it all depends on how many hairs he loses/day compared to the past.
Those pictures look pretty solid. See a couple of pictures of my hair wet, n check the horseshoe outline. I'd just take finasteride 1mg if I were in that position n maybe saw some thinning in person that you can't/don't see in those pictures.

OP I honestly feel bad for you cause you clearly have a mental disorder since you're taking trans drugs to cure a hair loss problem that you don't have.
