can you hear me

My balding brothers everywhere,
I can't hide anymore,I'm 22 YO, I have been suffering from aggressive hair loss since the last 3 years, I'm NW4 now btw, ( hat prisoner) short and super skinny guy, I used all the solutions in this world, nothing works, horrible side effects,

I dropped college,work, social life, literally I can't function anymore like before, anxiety, depression .. etc

Please, don't mention (hair transplant) even if i can afford it, i will never do it :(


Any tips ?? Just to keep me alive

In 2014/15,I was hopeless.
Try to learn new things in life life.
This will make you ignore your problem and will help you to find yourself.
You problems will not go away by solving tbe hairloss problem.
Damage in looks is done.
Just make sure your health don't deteriorate with your looks.
You have to find something that will make you forget about hairloss and help you progress further in life.

Take courage from the fact you are living in the 21st century at the age of 22. Medical science can make rapid advancements today, so instead of being depressed and taking it out on yourself as some do by self-medicating with drugs or alcohol, do everything you can to stay healthy and slow the aging process. You may be on an island now but you will survive this. Fight.

What 'solutions' have you used? You've definitely not used every one, probably very few. Some treatments can work when others do not, if hair loss is affecting you this greatly maybe consider trying something scientifically proven and powerful. Its not the end of the road buddy.

when we are children we are told too dream big and that everything is possible. we all grow up believing to become rockstars and if we not become rockstars the minimum we will get is a house, a loving, faithful slim wife and a few children.

a big part of becoming an adult is to accept that this imagination of life you had as a child might wont come true


balding, short, skinny, maybe ugly face too: it doesnt look good for you on the dating market

„hitting the gym“, shaving and growing a beard maybe, probably wont cut it - even though you should hit the gym - not to attract women but too feel more comfortable in your skin.

some people now say - so what there are more things than women, focuse on your career braaa and looks doesnt matter anyways.

1. looks matters a ton for mutual attractionamd is way more important than money or „confidence“. its a basic.

2. love and deep social connections are the most important part in life. this is actually back up by science. love will give a higher and constant rush of dopamin, seretoninand whatever else then any promotion ever can. and lonileness will raise your cortisol and harm your health.



so all in all it doesnt look so good.

well when robinson cruso got lost at an empty island the first thing he made was a list. yes a list. a list of bad and good things to figure out if he should continue trying or if he should kill himself right on the spot


make a list of what is good and bad in your life including your future, eg


bad: ugly, skinny, balding, short

disadvantage at the dating market, might only attract women through money which means they wont truly love me and ill face a nasty divorce in my late 30 after she cheated on me with my best fullheaded 6‘5 friend

good: only 22, can gain weight and become more muscular, can get a hairpiece, so may experience i can still make like traveling, sports etc

i might have disadvantages at the dating market but so what. i stillcanget a decent wife and if i have to travel to south east asia for that - who cares. its survival off the fittest - not survival off the tallest, the smartest, the strongest, the most handsome ... survival of those who makes the best out of his situation and im willing to play the cards i got dealt.


btw when robinson cruso was done with his list he decided to continue and was eventually rescued from the abandon island

I don't think you have tried enough, and i also don't believe you are that ugly ect. Most people here just have a self image disorder.
But in case you are accurate..


You are young and you can either get successful and wait for girls to hit the wall at 30 or you forget about girls and just enjoy everything else in life.

Honestly dating is is such a small part of life and there is so much to do. Nobody really cares if you are ugly and dating is just the tiniest part.
Looking back if my past relationships and affairs never happend I would not miss much.


And my female friends have dated the weirdest guys, for the weirdest reasons..

Girls don't hit the wall at 30. Maybe if they have squeezed out half a dozen kids or so, but around the age of 30 is when they stop being self centered immature brats and become women. I know plenty of gorgeous 30+ women who put a lot of 20-25 year olds to shame.

I can't deny that I'm in pain, I have already gave up on girls and many activities that require removing my cap, I removed it only once in public and it was a N I G H T M A R E, two girls were laughing at my appearance at the bus stop,that's normal when you're short 170cm,skinny,bald and young, never mind
