it's my first post here,
i've been using SP for about 11 years,
i think it was a bit effective on mantaining my hairs, albeit never seen any regrowth,
On those years i've lost some hairs on the hairline and temples but i have the same density on the top and vertex, maybe the hairloss was somehow slowed by SP ?
I used 320mg of SP (90% fatty acids), minoxidil 5% and nizoral shampoo.
For comparision, my older brother at my age (31) was already NW6, i'm NW3 at the moment and we both started with Androgenetic Alopecia at the same age ( 16-17 y.o. ).
I recentely noticed i'm not really interested in sex while taking SP,
i realized it only now, after 10 years!
I tried to stop it for 2 weeks ( the longest stop ever) and yes,
i feel better:
more violence and sex in my dreams,
more easily sexually aroused,
less watery sperm,
i think more about sex and chasing women,
less anxiety and better mood.
I wonder if it's ok to stop it, i read on this forum SP is not worth the risks of the sides,
and it probably does nothing on hairloss, it only causes side effects.
