Should I see a doctor?

I had visited my doctor before I started finasteride but just to get the prescription. If there is oportunity to get it cheeper without prescription I would not ask doctor. Usualy they know about male pattern baldness far less that you as hairloss sites visitor.

According to my opinion 25 is fine age to start with finasteride. I am 27.

I would say it's ok to go ahead with finasteride, but realize its not something you want to be on for the rest of your life. I'm using finasteride in hopes that it slows or stops my hairloss for the next 4-5 years so that I can use a more effective treatment when it is developed.
