Should I Shave Instead?

17 years old, NW2.5 - 3. Right now I'm buzzing my hair to stubble but I'm seriously considering shaving it. What do you think? Should I leave the stubble or just shave it?

Thanks for the input. The reason I was thinking of shaving is because my hairline just looks abnormally high to me. Maybe I'm imagining things.

The hairline is high but a little stubble looks better than nothing at all.
