Should I Start finasteride Despite Already Having The Possible Side Effects?

I'm 28, diffused thinning, have gotten to the point where I can't really hide the hair loss anymore, probably on the borderline of having to go zero guard cut.

I'm thinking about starting finasteride, the only issue is that I already have many of the possible side effects the drug might cause without even taking the drug- I have libido problems, weak erections, gyno, and unbalanced hormones (low test and high estradiol)

so I'm pretty scared to take the drug because my logic tells me that I'm in a much higher risk of the drug making everything worse since I already have most of the side effects even without the drug.

Having all these issues already and thinking about them and the possibility of getting worse will probably set you up for failure.

what should I do?

I have gyno and don’t really notice it getting any worse. It could of, but maybe very slightly (although it’s probably just my mind playing tricks).

If you think about sides you’ll get sides. That was me for the first 2 weeks.
