Should I start treatments if I’m receding only on one side?

I’m receding in one side of temple I will attach photos, just wondering should I start treatment now or wait until the other side/temple starts receding to make sure it’s not just a maturing hairline or what? One is of the normal side the other two photos are of the receding side
