Most likely they know about it already and other treatments if they are losing hair. Since majority of people have mild/moderate hair loss patterns, treatments/transplants are very useful and clinics/pharmacies are incredibly busy. On a typical flight at any given time in Turkey you see at least a handful of passengers with a transplant, that's a lot. I think the current young generation, we won't see many displaying balding heads as less people are willing to let nature take its course. Of course those who get sides or get beyond NW4 won't make a full enough recovery.
