Personal experience
a) Been on big 3 for 13 mths, stabilised, (finasteride 1mg, minoxidil on and off, nizoral 2-3 times p/w)
Prior to this was on 'finasteride 1.25 mg alone' for 4/5 years, slowed down hairloss dramatically. Went off it for 18 mths and noticed increased fall out, discovered this forum and went on big 3, i know i'm thin on top but some people mistake me for having a full head of hair
b) Have a friend who went on regaine 2 years ago and his hairloss has decreased, he is 33 and looks like he has a full head of hair, recently he added nizoral into the mix.
c) have another friend whose hair condition improved where even his family were commenting on it, he relaxed on his regime (went down to fina alone) and hair has got significantly worse since, he is going to come back to the big 3
Overall i think the big 3 do work, but clean up diet and living ahealthy lifestyle also helps
