Side effects from both Propecia and Minoxidil

Hi guys.

A couple of weeks ago I tried Minoxidil 4% applied twice daily, but it gave me horrible headaches. Is it possible to use Minoxidil without getting the headaches?

I've also tried 1mg of Propecia, but it gave me Insomnia. What should I do about this? From what I've heard Propecia is the number 1 baldness treatment around.

The minoxidil side effects disappeared after the two week mark for me[dizziness and head aches].Have you tried applying it once a day ?

Were you using rogaine foam? If not, try that.

Don't overdo it either, use the suggested amount.

Try only applying it 1x/day.

I don't think it was using the Rogaine foam, is that one better than the regular minoxidil, if so where can I buy it online?

I'm using a Norwegian product of Minoxidil 5% called crea forte.

I've tried to only apply 1ml a day with minoxidil 5%,, but it still giveis me a headache. I'm going to try Rogain Foam instead now, what other types of minoxidil/rogain should I try too?

Uh no, it's the other way around.

finasteride interferes with GABA-A receptor function in the brain by inhibiting neurosteroid production (Allopregnanolone, THDOC).

GABA-A is involved in the regulation of sleep, and Finasteride is an antagonist of GABA-A function due to the above.

When you antagonize GABA-A receptors, you can get sleep disorders, loss of REM sleep and insomnia, in addition to various other mental side effects (anxiety, depression).

Stuff like Spectral DNC I believe has high quality minoxidil in it so may give you a smoother ride.. other than that maybe mixing something like Spectral RS with Hair Signals and maybe topical spironolactone will give a pretty potent topical hit without minoxidil. Hell you could even throw a keto shampoo in there like Regenepure or Dr Lee's one

Oh and for finasteride, just keep your dose nice and low I think. Make sure your T levels are healthy and your E levels are under control, that may reduce sides and decrease DHT.

So taking GABA supplements for insomnia from finasteride would help?
