Side effects when using Propecia gel

Hello everyone
I suffer from thinning hair in the center of the head and the hairline starts to fall out
I'm debating whether to start using Propecia Topical Gel or maybe Minoxidil
I wanted to ask if there is anyone in the community who does not experience sexual side effects while using Propecia
