dutasteride works on Type I 5a-reductase, which is primarily on skin. It affects overall sebum production and for me, it dries my skin so drastically. It's not as bad as when I took Isotretinoin for acne though. My face just feels super tight after taking a shower. Has anybody experienced this? Does this side effect eventually go away?
