Let me tell you how internet marketing works....

Marketers scour forums and look for hot keyword searches using google keyword tools and probably found the thread before and other threads about the topic. If its hot they hire a ghostwriter from India or Phillipines to write an ebook that poor saps will waste their money on, and make a landing page as in the link above with the highlights.

So in other words, complete scam..
