Small oral finasteride dosage VS Topical finasteride

Hello everybody. I am losing my hair very aggressively at the moment. I have not wanted to try finasteride in the past as I am prone to mental problems and have a lot of health problems already. But the rate at which my fall accelerates, I'm bald in 3 years. Currently Norwood 2.5! I would like to start finasteride but minimize side effects to start with. What do you recommend ? Topical finasteride or a dose of 0.25 oral every day or even every two day ?

I have been on minoxidil for 7 years, which worked well for years but stopped working about 1 year ago. Thanks to the help of forum members I was able to order new products to add Fluridil, Nizoral, castor oil and microneedling to my diet! But I doubt that this will be enough given the aggressiveness of my alopecia.

If anyone has any advice on topical finasteride or oral low dosage I'm in for it ! And sorry for my bad english..

I would try out low dosages of oral fina first, like you said 0.25 mg every day/ two days are enough. IF you get sides stop oral fina immediately and switch to 0.025 topical.

Thank you for your reply. Seems like a good option to me. For the topical finasteride at 0.025 you know which one is better? I have heard of a liposomal gel, I don't know what is best ..

Topical gave me less sides compared to oral and I been using this since 2010, see the thread I posted you can obtain different compound for Topical version.
