Anyone ever seen a pic where a guy had to adjust the coloration of the SMP?

I wonder if gray/silver would even properly show up on the scalp?

This is the situation I would be in shortly.

The area to be covered is actually just to "fill in" transplanted areas,

I would imagine this guy is gonna be in that situation

SMP isn't permanent so if you started to grey you would adjust the colouring I think

I think there are two kinds of procedures in smp, the ones that starts to fade after 6-12 months, and permanent smp that could last years

Smp only looks good on black dudes.

LOOKS WAYYYY TO artificial on white pale Caucasian dudes.

Waste of money, garbage on non blacks with little difference on aesthetics. The exception is if you have a lot of hair and can fill in slightly thin areas with SMP in a temporary manner - while one waits for a transplant for example. Even then you need dark hair/tan minimum. I'd never opt for SMP unless to cover a scar I guess. It's embarrassing having hair tattoos. Inking my skin permanently for that..no way.
Smp is good for post FUE, especially larger cases where 4000+ are extracted.

Will completely eliminate the FUE pattern which becomes slightly visible after you 0 guard.

if I extract another 500-750 grafts I will definitely require a smp to camoflouge the excess scaring.

i am 3700 FUE at the moment....... i can still have a medioum fade. 0.75mm

Yes.

You are right.

That looks awesome on this guy, but it would be impossible not to improve almost anyone else (except blonde/red)

How the fuk does ANYONE live with a full head of SMP? I mean, in the sun, greasy, sweating... there is just NO POSSIBLE WAY it's undetectable. Also, if you're in the situation where you CAN'T shave for a couple days? probably looks weird as hell.

Trust me, it is absolutely not detectable IF IT'S DONE RIGHT.

would be detectable if you're a diffused thinner and still have hair on top.. if it grows to even a half guard, it would be noticeable.

IMO, at the end of the day it's a tattoo. Doesn't matter how you look at it.

It's equally as embarrassing as wearing a piece. 'Sir, that would be a tattoo on my head'

if anything you will constantly be asked why you dont grow this supposed hair on your scalp. in which you cringely have to reply the warranted answer of it being a tattoo. It's like a a man who wears a piece, always on the run from that the same question. But I suppose you wont have to worry about dodging hands.

the only benefit of SMP is correction of FUT, and FUE scars. it can help camouflage and over harvested area.

iT'S all a colossal waste of time, and these mooks have ran prices up so high that you could pay for half a hair transplant with the cost of all your touch up procedures. it's a huge money grab, and it doesn't look good! Go see these people in motion, dont believe pictures. it's bullshit.

I have been considering SMP with HIS hair clinic to conceal my FUT scar. The same scar you once referred to as, "fuking tiny". It is long, about six inches, but you're right, very narrow. the price? $1600. Which is fine, but why the f*** is it that expensive for a thin row of tattoo?

They will mention for future touch up procedures' and how you are paying up front bla bla.

Here's the reality. Depending on how thick. You need fue.

Unless the scar is pencil thin then amp won't work. You will still see a depretion in the scalp that forms a line.

They can all suck my Dik

it's a raised scar as well. Only slightly raised, but nonetheless I can feel it... I also have pretty dark skin tone. You think SMP is a bad idea all together? EVERY SINGLE REPUTABLE FUE place around me will charge 5k for only 600 grafts... it's their minimum. I can afford it, but I think it's bullshit.

The initial procedure costs approx. $1500 to $3500, depending on the provider. A touch-up every 3-5 years costs approx. $200-500. I don't think you'll get a satisfying hair transplant for that money.

You will always find bad examples of SMP. Same with hair transplants, hair systems, natural hair-do's, you name it. But there are also many good ones.

I say it again. SMP can be an amazing alternative if you find a good provider/practitioner and if you don't go too far with color, density and most important the shape of the hairline.

I myself did the treatment almost three years ago and since then not one person suspected my shaved head. I never got a weird look on the top of my head or anything like that. It is completely undetectable. Even I sometimes can't see where my real hair ends and the SMP starts. I have to shave my head any other day and that's it. Very easy.

there is nothing remotely good about the outcome of the photo you have shown. it doesn't look natural

looks like they are wearing a strategically tattoo'd helmet.

Oh and it's high maintenance. Get ready to bzz bzz er every day or every other
