So I got some apple polyphenols - what to mix with?

Got these tablets. I hear that water is the best solution, but they go back quick in water. Is like a 60/30/10 water/everclear/PPG a good solution? Whatever it is I will mix up only a little at a time.

Thanks for any thoughts.

Any reason why you didn't just go with some topical..even that Apple Poly one that's out there?

I'm guessing the tablets contain fillers...not the best for topical making. But the solution you mentioned would be worth trying.

where did you get your apple polyphenols from?

Is it the Procyanidin B-2?

Jacob, I didn't want to pay money for some product that I do not know if it actually contains what they say it does. And I've never heard anyone getting results from that one that is out there. So I just bought some apply polyphenols and made my own.

Jacob, it is not B-2 in particular. Just cheap, generic apple polyphenol capsules.

I doubt it will do sh*t, LOL.
