people and my barber would always tell me I had the thickest hair they have ever seen on someone.
sadly I took steroids for like a year and lost a ton of thickness

Atleast you know exactly what caused so you may still prevent it, but I to had thick hair, always eating healthy, working out every day since I was 12 and then f**king genetics kicked inpeople and my barber would always tell me I had the thickest hair they have ever seen on someone.

You took steroid what did you think would happen. That sh*t is poison to your body. A quick Google search would have told you what to expect. I hope you get back to where you were though. And find peace with your situation.

Yeah they tell everybody that isn't like nw2 or 3 to GTFO. But you know your hair and if you think something's wrong which you do. Then there probably is/was. I hope for you there isn't. But I would take what any of these people say with a grain of salt because they don't know how your hair was before hairloss. They may never have had hair as good as your current hair .even with some loss.

Its been 2 years since I was on steroids, my hairline hasnt moved at all since then, and I barely shed any hair. So you dont have to hope for me lol.

no , my dad his dad, and his dads dad all had a full head of hair till they died

I envy this chap: not only his younger self, but apparently he is now 70 and still has all his hair? How is that possible?
I sorta still have that much hair, but I've lost some of in some spots that's sadly lost forever and most of it is a lot thinner than it used to be
