So whats the deal with laser combs?

Do they actually work? I've heard very little about them but I know that they are very expensive and some people have had results with them. Do you guys think they are worth it? I am thinking about maybe investing in one but only if there is a good chance it'll help. At this point my hair loss is almost exclusively in the hairline/temple regions. Would a laser comb have any effect there? My hair loss is pretty aggressive too... I dont know if that would make a difference. Also, would it be ok to use a hair comb with Rogaine?

Also, if you guys do think that hair combs could work, what are the most popular brands out there?
