why is a hair transplant not covered at all by insurance?
I SERIOUSLY want to get enough guys in the states together to make this happen.
I want an ultimatum, either hair transplant's get partially covered so we can stop living half life and afford to get really good work done, OR all obesity help aside a diet management plan be removed from insurance coverage.

I know the article isn't the point of the thread but what shoddy research that is, 13 guys of varying attractiveness were picked, what the f***? And why bother showing guys who've had hair transplants, just use guys with hair vs bald guys, that was the most retarded study I've seen. I'm not saying the outcome would be different I'm just saying it's meaningless running such a sh*t study in the first place as the outcome is unreliable.

Instead they should show people many pictures of guys with and without hair, randomly, then repeat the same study 6 months later when they've forgotten the bald guys facial features, then show them again after hair transplant and rate how successful they are etc.

But anyway yes, boob jobs are covered by insurance, other cosmetic works are getting there, hair transplant's have never been in the mix.

I read in one article published in India..that from a company who started funding Hairtransplant to public, that they have put Hair Transplant and Dental Braces treatment in Non Risky Surgical procedures
,which made it possible to get nod from board and share holders.

This might be reason...
