Ok, I know many of you take supplements such as Saw Palmetto, Vitamin, MSM... I came across this article which states to help these supplements get absorbed into your body it is best to take them when eating a meal, vitamin C also helps absorb the supplement.
I know this won't cure hair loss or anything, but I just wanted to let the people know who take supplements that this is the best way to help them get absorbed in the body
I wonder if would work with propecia as well?
