1 Does the galea area have a high level of DHT than the sides and back area in our scalp? (my answer no)
2 Are the hairs in the galea area more sensitive to DHT than the other parts (sides and back scalp)? (my answer no, because the transplanted hair fall out in the end if you didn’t inhibit your DHT level, which means that hair from the back scalp is also sensitive to DHT.)
3 It seems we get the conclusion that galea area plus DHT equals hair killer, am I right? (my answer yes, for the hair in the back are not affected by the DHT, but when they are transplanted to the galea area they are killed)
4 Does it right that the DHT level in your body decrease as you get older, so does it decrease in your scalp? (my answer, I think so , but I am not sure.)
5 If the DHT level does decrease as we get old, Why some of us are not affected by male pattern baldness in our twenties or thirties when we have the highest level of DHT in our scalp, while affected by male pattern baldness in our forties or fifties or even older when we have low level of DHT in our scalp compared to when we are young. (I am confused, I don’t know how to explain it?)

In general hairloss doesn't judge you on your age, you can be 16 and completely bald. How about we remove your galea and find out? :D

Well about number 4 and 5, even if there is a decrease in DHT, there could be an added increase in DHT sensitivity that was not seen when young. It kinda makes sense when you look at the number of prostate disorders and cancer numbers in middle aged to elderly men.

Yes of course, but unless you're planning an experiment to remove your galea, this thread is to be moved to the proper section. Most likely the kiddie section.

No, your information/conclusions are quite wrong.
Transplanted hair from the back which would never fall in the original location actually nevers falls when transplanted to front.
IT can fall only if it was taken from an unsecure area...yes, there is this possibility, because not all the hair you have in the back at 30 would stay there at 60. Especially the hair close to vertex/crown area.
I don't know from what realiable sources you speak, but after transplants, usually only the original hair remained in front/top can fall, not the transplanted ones.
If the transplanted hair were to fall, nobody would be doing them, what would be the point?
Yes, of course, when aging to 60-70-80 all the hair on the scalp tends t get thinner, even at the back, but if you don't get slick bald at the donor area in the back, surely you wouldn't get slick bald in the front where you had the transplant. And of course you can get slick bald in any area susceptible to DHT where no hair was transplanted.


But, however, it is still a mistery why only the hair on top/vertex/front is affected by DHT and balding process, for us, and maybe even for researchers.
Surely hairs on the top have something different.
In fact, i noticed something very interesting looking at babies. You know most babies have almost no hair when they are born. And then hair starts to sprout, but guess what:at the beggining their hair on front/ top is much weaker an finer, and closely resembles the look of their father's head if the fathers are affected by balding! Then it suddenly gets thick everywhere.
