I got lot of valuable information/suggestion from you guys. Thanks for that. Wanna share a positive comment about minoxidil which i heard from my dermatalogist (Currently i'm consulting with Peter J Panagotacas).

Minoxidil has been known to grow hair for decades. It's not surprising at all. However, some of his treatments are still a bit archaic. You won't see me going to San Francisco to see this doctor, or anyone else that's still doing scalp reductions. I would also advised the OP to run away from this doctor.
