hello

Spectral DNC is told to be the best minoxidil liquid but is it true?

-compare to other minoxidil liquid , is spectral dnc better? when i search on the web, every websites say exactly the same comments about spectral, but they take the comment of DS laboratories..."the best, the more effective and so on" but i can't find a real feed back on spectral

do you use spectral and are you satisfy?

i'm reactiv to classical minoxidil liquid, will i be reactiv to spectral dnc?
the others products thats spectral contains are not reducing the quantity of minoxidil 5% inside and his effectivness...??

do you have feed back on spectral or do you know i can find some good infos?

thanks!

I've tried the foam, i'm not reactiv, or the shedding is too long for me :thumbdown2: (>4month)...I have switch back to liquid.
Some people say spectral doesn't irritate so I want to try, but if it is like the foam I prefer to stay on kirkland loool

If there are good feed back on spectral i'll give a shot, the price is not a pb if it is as good as classical liquid without irritations...

:jump: :jump:

Yeah, Spectral turned out to be a disappointment for me as well. I am now trying the Revita, but shedding from it and possibly having a negative reaction to it (red spots on non-male pattern baldness areas; wierd, I know). Probably will stay away from DS Labs stuff after this.

No, no irritants these days (now that my rev, ozbrew, and spironolactone 2% days are long gone). It defintely helps improve the "condition" of my hair. There were a few guys over the years who have attrituted emu oil to savng their hair. I dropped it for awhile (along w/ a few other things) and my hair took a few steps back.

These days I use it maybe every other night. I've got it a dropper bottle w/ jojoba oil, grapeseed extract oil, and the essential oils (rosemary, lavendar, cedarwood <basically reproducing the Scottish stdy, but w/ emu oil added to the mix.>). I'll soak my head in tricomin and then rub that stuff on overtop.

It ain't hurting me none.

Modern research has documented that Emu Oil possesses numerous beneficial qualities. Laboratory experiments and analysis of Emu Oil both in Australia and in the U.S. have confirmed that Emu Oil has the ability to reduce inflammation of the joints.

Emu Oil contains high levels of linolenic acid... a substance known to temporarily ease joint pain, and oleic acid... a substance which has a local anti-inflammatory effect on dermal tissues.

When Emu Oil was tested, it proved to be very hypo-allergenic and to have an extremely high purity level.

How to Use Emu Oil
A few drops of Emu Oil is all it takes to massage into the affected area. The skin should not feel oily when you are finished. If it does, you have used too much. Repeat as needed.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

THE ANCIENT Australian Aborigines utilized penetrating Emu Oil as a remedy for skin that is injured, dry, sunburned, or wind parched and to relieve aching muscles and joints.

THE EMU holds a special place in the history and folklore of the Aboriginal people of the Australian Outback. For the native people of Australia, the EMU has been a sacred bird for thousands of years. Aborigines relied on the EMU as a source of many products necessary for their survival & well being.

THE EMU performed the same function as the American bison (buffalo) did for the native American people. The EMU provided the Aborigines with clothing, food, and was also the source of oil believed - and later shown by scientific research - to have special healing properties.

EMU OIL was used as a folk remedy to treat various skin conditions, muscles and joint pain, even that associated with Arthritis and Rheumatism. Now the ancient wisdom of EMU OIL is being developed by modern science.

CAREFULLY refined to remove bacteria, odor, and particulate matter, Uniquely Emu Products100% Natural Emu Oil now offers modern man all the same benefits enjoyed for centuries by the Aborigines.

Thyme and sage are the other 2 oils that are part of the big 4 found in folks using essential oil blend mixed with emu and/or jojoba carrier oils. The big 4 are lavendar, rosemary, sage, and thyme.

Yeah - off the top of my head I can't recall the recipe :) I do recall the 3 I mentioned. I basically use the exact same recipe as used in the scottish study except I cut the amt of jojoba oil in 1/2 and use emu for the other 1/2 - if that makes sense.

I like Spectral. Dries fast. Doesn't leave noticeable residue. Non alcoholic smell (quite nice actually). But hair looks the same as before... 6 months ago, I was using Dr lee's regular minoxidil.
