Ok I placed an order for toppik at the spencer forrest site and they gave me a confirmation order# but no link to check it. I checked the USPS site and it tells me that my order was recieved in another state.. Indiana I think.

How could spencer forrest not have an e-mail? I mean come on now, with a business online, having a customer service e-mail adress is a no brainer. This is something that is standard today. That's is fkin rediculous, I don't feel like calling 1-800-THICKEN.. give me a break. Aren't they the creators of toppik? Anyone here happen to have their e-mail? It's not listed ANYWHERE on their site and their site doesn't even have a "contact" page... so retarded.

When I ordered toppick through them back in the day the container came in the mail with the top off and toppick had spilled within the package. I called them and got through quickly and they immediately sent out a new can without even asking for the old one. Try calling.

Ok thanks yea I am gonna call them tomorrow morning, I thought I'd give them an extra day to see if it gets here. It's just baffling how they don't have a contact e=mail.

Ok I called today and ironically the package arrived today also. I ordered some more toppik along with the hairline optimizer combs. I was expecting to get 2 little combs cuz that's how they look on the website. They are basically 2 little pieces of cardboard with uneven spikes at the end to give the appearance of a natural hairline. Haven't tried it yet but i'll see how good of a job it does, eventhough the optimizer spray works wonders alone. I must say the fact that Toppik brands all its items in a way that you cannot remove the labels is very annoying, irritating and doesn't make any sense. It's also irritating that they have no e-mail, it's almost as if they are purposely looking to embarass and mock you.

The little combs have a huge "Toppik hairline optimizer" sign on it along with the 1-800-THICKEN number, the toppik website and other garbage information that does not need to be on a comb. You cannot remove these labels and when I tried to cover it up with a black magic marker, it did a poor job because of the material, so now it looks like I purposely tried to cover the logo and information making it even more embarassing if anyone ever found this.

If it wasn't because I really like the results of their products compared to others, I would have chosen another company by now. I am really hoping that the rogaine foam regimine that I just started will really fix the light thinning in parts of my hair so I don't need to rely on this stuff anymore.
