spironolactone question- hair transplant etc

hey just a quick one, how often are you people using spironolactone per day? i usually manage to use it once but will this be enough , i've heard it has to be used 2-3 times for it to be effective, is this true? also , its been said that using spironolactone while on avodart is a waste of time but as i gather , oestrogen is a growth stimulant and test is a repressant , so converting one to the other should stimulate more growth , regardless of dht suppression as the test would still be there right? or no?

i use it once a day, sometimes i miss days when the g/f is over.
