Does anyone here knows how exactly did manage Dr. Proctor to use these two ingredients in his Proxiphen while Dr. Lee claims they react with each other after a while and this is why he couldn't use them in his Xandrox??

That's one of Dr. Proctor's State Secrets! :)

A few years ago on alt.baldspot, he claimed to have found a way to stabilize them when they're mixed together. In fact, he was even thinking about taking out a patent on the technique, whatever it is.

he is thinking about taking out a patent? are patents that expensive or is he just not worried about other doctors analyzing his product and patenting it themself?

I just bought 4 months of the proxen-N. The articles seemed very convincing. I hope it has the ingredients it claims, now that I'm a little suspicious. I'm sure I'll get the bottles, though, since wellsfargo runs the transactions.
