i get the feeling that ideally, an application every single eight hours is the most optimum possible spironolactone regimen, but for obvious reasons this is not possible for most people.
dr. lee's stance is that patient compliance is the most important thing. if once a day is all you can manage FAITHFULLY every day, then do that.
if you can manage twice a day faithfully, do that.
but whatever you do, do it faithfully, get it?
