Started Dutasteride today. Nervous.

Hi everyone. I’m 23 male with a Norwood 1.5/2 and thinning near the frontal hairline. After two years on finasteride with no growth and maitnence, I jumped on minoxidil. I had decent progress on my hairline but it quickly evaporated over a year or so. 3 years into treatments and I am trying to stop what appears to be more thinning (photos below). Today I started Dutasteride 0.5 mg once a week. finasteride every day 1 mg. Nervous about sides, shedding, etc. pray for me. I’ll keep you guys updated. Hoping for lifetime maintaining.

Also, here’s a good photo where you can almost pinpoint individual follicles to see difference in density. Crazy stuff.

BDD to the max once again. You don't need dutasteride at this point. Did you actually get diagnosed by a hair loss doctor that you have male pattern baldness?

Bro your hairline is Still intact. Ur a NW1.

Jokes aside, you shouldn't be risking a NW1 hairline by adding dutasteride, there's a chance you may create problems where there is'nt any.
