Several drugs used in the treatment of asthma are actually being put through clinical trials as an alternative treatment for hair loss. The problem is that most people on here who are trying to attack the prostaglandin angle aren't effectively blocking PGD2 and don't have the necessary compounds to make it a realistic and practical approach. Taking castor oil alone isn't enough for any type of significant regrowth. And regarding the protocol itself, should you choose to go along with his theory, prostaglandins are only one aspect of his approach and most newbies only take oral and topical castor oil thinking it's enough to stop and regrow hair.
