Hi All,

I have been thinning for about 3 years now, about a year ago it really became obvious and I started to get stick from mates..

after reading so many postive stories on the forum I decided to take the leap and started finasteride with many fears. ALL OF WHICH ARE NOW GONE!

I know I shouldnt be comparing so soon but I feel like my hair loss has slowed down and maybe some improvement in the quailty and thickness.

I started taking finasteride 7 weeksago, .025 is all as I dont want and have no sides.
I changed my diet, trying to eat a good blanced diet with out the crap :( and I joined a gym.

I take a multi vit per day
1000mg fish oil
2000ug biotin
1000mg MSN

Sorry the pics are not the best but said Id show.
Thanks for all the support!

Im thinking now I will up the dose to .5 finasteride per day and stay positive :)

Can't be worried about the shed. This is a long term commitment. Shed will come and go and you'll get to live the rest of your life with hair! Have to be thinking long term.
