Isn't this just PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) that we all heard about? If so, it's nothing new.

That company is in Thailand. Nothing against the Thai people (their women are gorgeous), but I don't trust the Thai gov't. to regulate anything. My guess is companies over there can claim whatever they want without having to prove anything.
If this were a viable treatment option, one of the big western pharmaceutical companies would be in FDA testing right now.
They're not.

It is also done in South Korea, Japan and Singapore where medical treatments are fairly well regulated.

Links to a Japanese company doing this?? You have to wonder why a Japanese company (Aderans) is spending millions on hair multipilcation when another Japanese company has supposedly already found the solution.
