You look pretty good (hairwise), and I'm curious if you can explain the difference between a DHT derivative and DHT. Why would a DHT derivative cause hair loss? What's a derivative really?

Could the shedding not be related to your post-cycle therapy? What did you use?

As for your regimen, if you want to keep what you have, low dose RU 58851 + Nizoral should be sufficient. You don't have aggressive baldness (I wouldn't even see you as receding) so you don't need a nuclear arsenal.

My understanding is that spironolactone is a weak hair aid. It will help a tiny bit. Add it if you have time, money, and you're not lazy.

it's simple don't play with steroids, if you are not ready for the side effects. judging by your physique you have no business with them anyway.
